My mind goes about a million miles a minute and I am always guilty of anticipating what’s next to come before I’ve finished with what I’m doing. With all of the thoughts that pop up in my mind, I was always focusing on problems, stresses, and worries. Life is full of its ups and downs, and about a year ago, during a down period in my life, I started writing in a journal about all of the things that I am thankful for and highlights of my days. Although I think of myself as some one who sees the glass half full, my journal has really helped me focus in on all of the positives and everything that should I appreciate in life instead of everything that I feel I am lacking or haven’t accomplished. I started this blog, inspired by love of people and passions, to look back on and savor all of the memories of great moments, happy thoughts, and reflections of life experiences. Hopefully, sharing this with others will inspire the same attitude of focusing on the positives and living in the moment, an attitude I call Cravensavor.
Thank you for sharing your positivity 🙂
