Remember when you used to play with Barbie? As a little girl, I remember how fun it was to dress her up. I didn’t have the resources to buy my Barbie new clothes, so I had to be creative. I would use fabric from school projects to make new Barbie dresses. I would cut small holes in a piece of fabric to slip Barbie’s tiny arms through, use a colored rubber band on her tiny waist as a makeshift belt to keep her new dress in place, and viola! Styled to perfection and ready for a dinner date with Ken.

A girl grows up… but can still take joy in being creative while styling, not Barbie, but herself.

My blog is intended for women and lovers of fashion who still have that inner child who loves playing dress-up. This blog is for every one who searches for good deals, who looks forward to great meals, and who knows how valuable relationships are, whether with your family members, your significant others, your friends, and, if you’re fortunate enough to have them, your dogs.

In this blog, I will be sharing the things I crave of, things I rave about, money I save, people and styles I favor, things and times that I savor, and the days in my (what I cannot live without) shoes!
